Harmonics Elimination by Periodic/Aperiodic Separation Filter for Chatter Detection

چکیده

Process harmonics often need to be eliminated for accurate regenerative chatter diagnosis. To eliminate the with many band-stop characteristics, this paper uses a periodic/aperiodic separation filter (PASF) and proposes detection algorithm based on PASF. The PASF can design cutoff frequency time constant, directly, high-order improves elimination performance without deteriorating signal extraction performance. experiments validated proposed under several conditions of spindle speeds, cutting types, thresholds, frequencies. Their results showed robustness against threshold selection change conditions.
